How to respond to a buyer's inquiry on your property
In this article you will learn how to respond to messages from potential buyers who inquired about your property on the Real Estate Bees property marketplace.
To to respond to a buyer's inquiry on your property, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Clink the link inside the email notification
Click a link inside the email you've received from our system. It will look in your inbox in a similar way to the one shown below (depending on your email provider):
The content of the email will read in a similar way to the one shown below:
Sep 2: Log in to your account
After you clicked either of the links shown above, you'll be redirected to your user dashboard and be able to respond to a potential buyer's message.
NOTE: You must be logged in to your Real Estate Bees account in order to respond to messages. Therefore, if you're logged out, make sure you log in to your account using your email address and password.Sep 3: Navigate to the internal messaging system
Once you're logged into your account, navigate to the "Buyer inquiries" section on the left-hand navigation like shown below:
Step 4: Read the message and reply
In the "Buyer inquiries" area you'll find a messaging system that will look in a similar way to the one shown below:
In the messaging system you'll see your conversations with other members of the platform. Find the conversation you're looking for, read the message and respond.
