The best part about these plans is that:
#1 There are no contracts or fees to sign up for InstaClaim. You only pay-per-lead
#2 There are no deposits or prepayments. You only pay when you get a lead.
#3 Highest quality inbound leads generated through SEO and PPC. No outbound tactics
#4 You can choose Exclusive (sold only to you) or Non-exclusive leads (can be sold up to 5 times)
2) Click the "Buy leads" tab on the left-hand side navigation within the Leads & Referrals section and then click the "InstaClaim" option.
3) At this time you need to select a plan to get started. Regardless of which InstaClaim plan you select, Non-Exclusive Plan or the Exclusive Plan, the setup process is the same.
4) After clicking the "Select Plan" button, you will need to set your lead targeting. This will allow you to create custom filters for the type of leads you want to receive.
If you’ve previously created a Lead Alert to receive notifications when leads matching your criteria become available on our Lead Marketplace, you can use that Lead Alert as your InstaClaim targeting.
If you don’t want to use an existing Lead Alert, you can also set up new lead targeting filters by clicking the “Create New” button.
InstaClaim can only be created for one Lead type at a time. If you wish to automatically purchase multiple lead types, you will need to set up InstaClaim for each lead type separately..
5) Next, you will need to set your monthly budget. This is the maximum amount you are willing to spend on purchasing leads throughout the month. Please note, there are no deposits and we don’t charge your credit card until a lead has been purchased. You only get charged when a lead is delivered to you.
6) In the Check Out step you will be prompted to either select a saved payment method, or add a new one. You will also authorize Real Estate Bees to charge your card for the automatic purchase of leads up to your monthly budget.
7) At this time you've successfully signed up to an InstaClaim plan!
8) To view and make changes to your InstaClaim plan navigate to the “Lead alerts” tab. There you will see which Lead Alert has the InstaClaim turned on along with the InstaClaim plan type, monthly budget, remaining balance, renewal date, and price range of the leads.
You can make changes to your InstaClaim plan by clicking the gear icon located on the top right corner and selecting edit.
