How to set up an integration to automatically sync your leads to your CRM

Connect a lead management system of your choice to the Real Estate Bees platform by setting up a simple integration to automatically sync your leads to your CRM!

In this article you will learn how to set up an integration to 6,000+ apps using Zapier.

To get started, follow these simple steps:

1) Log in to your Real Estate Bees account using your email address and password.

2) Click the "My leads" tab on the left-hand side navigation within the Leads & Referrals section and then click the "Delivery settings" option.

3) Click the "CREATE INTEGRATION" button, and select lead type you want to integrate

You can only integrate one lead type at a time. If you wish to integrate additional lead types, please create a separate integration for that lead type.

4) Give your integration a name to remind you what each integration was generated for.

For instance, let's say you generated one integration for cash offer leads, and another for buyer leads. In this case the name will come in handy by allowing you to describe each integration

5) Select which software you would like to send your leads to. At this time you will only be able to integrate through Zapier which supports more apps than any other platform.

We don't currently have native integrations. If you want a native integration with the software you use, suggest it below.

6) At this time you will need to paste your webhook URL generated through Zapier into the dashboard.

6) Your integration has been created! Now it’s time to test the integration. To send test fields to Zapier, click the “SEND TEST REQUEST” button.
