What is the refund policy on purchased leads?
In this article you will learn about Real Estate Bee's refund policy on various types of leads that can be purchased from the Lead Marketplace, and the process of requesting a refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested within 7 calendar days of purchasing the lead.
How to request a refund
- Contact our Help Center: Simply click the chat button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Specify the Subject: Include details about the product you are using or the issue you are facing.
- Describe the Issue: Provide as many details as possible.
- Include Proof Materials: Attach call recordings, screenshots, or any other relevant materials that you believe can be useful.
Refunds on Real Estate Seller Leads (cash offers and listings)
Refund eligibility
- Lead has the wrong phone number or the number is not in service
- Lead is listed in public records before the order's purchase date
- Lead is already under contract with the agent
- Lead cannot be reached by phone calls, SMS, or email
- Contact Attempts: Customers must attempt to contact the purchased leads a minimum of 18 times spread out over a minimum of 3 days. Contact attempts should be made using various methods such as phone calls, SMS, emails, and any other applicable communication channels.
- Documentation of Attempts: Customers must provide documented proof of each attempted contact. This can include call logs, email records, screenshots, or any other verifiable forms of communication attempts.
- Lead has previously been purchased by client from REB, and is considered a duplicate lead
- Custom cases approved by management
Non-refundable cases
- Lead is interested in selling their property
- User was able to contact the lead, but could not get an agreement on selling conditions or price
- Users forgot to deactivate subscriptions or cancel purchase options, such as InstaClaim, LeadAlert, etc., and ended up receiving the product anyway
Please note that without any supporting proof materials, it will be more challenging for us to approve your refund. Each case will undergo careful review.
